 What does PMA stand for?
* PMA is an acronym for Professional Mentor Associates (formerly Pine Meadows Academy).
* If you are looking for Pine Meadow Academy in Windsor Locks, CT (an alternative high school), their website is https://www.wlps.org/PMA/.

Do I have to be a Christian to participate in this program?
* You do not have to be Christian to participate. We respect each person on this journey of life. Our Mentors and Tutors are Christian and will offer to pray, talk about God, and reference Him, yet we respect each individual's journey.

What if my student is behind/ahead of their grade?
* That is the beauty of this type of program because we can meet the students where they are.

How do I pay for this?
* You are sent an invoice from our billing service that you pay online.
* If you are a weekly client, we ask that you sign up for auto-pay. To do this, you utilize the LINK on the invoice to set up an account to auto-pay invoices on their due dates. (The button within the invoice email makes only a one-time payment.)
* Recurring invoices are sent 7 days before their due date, so if there is an issue with an invoice, you can reach out with questions, and we can attend to it before an auto payment goes through. Due dates are based on a rolling 28-day schedule.
* We use this billing system because it is an accredited A+ BBB-rated system and allows our customers to choose their payment options.
