For families new to PMA, please note that there is
a one-time $35 registration fee per family.

PLEASE NOTE THESE DETAILS:
  • Payments are based on the current rates for the services utilized and are not prorated but assigned to meetings.
    • Meetings are paid for in advance through an invoice system.
      • There is no fee if you pay utilizing your bank account; if you pay by credit card, there is a courtesy fee.
      • Our invoice payment system is BBB Accredited & has an A+ Rating.
    • All clients have a billing spreadsheet.
    • PMA staff updates the billing spreadsheet throughout the school year, reflecting meetings and how your payments are applied.
    • If you need to change or cancel your weekly services, you must contact us before your next invoice is processed.
  • You are billed for missed sessions, and these are charged against your billing payments;
    • The only exceptions are:
      • PMA scheduled breaks,
      • planned time off (two-week prior notice), or
      • a dire family emergency (death in the family, et al.).
    • Refunds are given only under extenuating circumstances, and not all refunds are approved.
      • If a refund becomes necessary, a special request in writing must be made, and there is a 15% processing fee.
  • All meetings are recorded and held in the Cloud until downloaded and secured on a locked PMA storage device.
  • Parents are welcome at any meeting.
    • It works best if parents come on the first (or last) five minutes of meetings, but it is not required.
    • Most of the meeting time is dedicated to the student and their mentor so that students truly “own” these meetings and this process.
    • Parents have access to the Resources we use with their students, which serves as an update since parents can check them anytime.
    • We do not send formal reports; parents can request an update meeting, which will count as a billing meeting time.
  • We utilize Google resources, and all registrants must have and maintain a Google Account.
